It worked so well. This is the absolute guide that made my setup work! I almost gave up on setting up this stuff.

Setup:
- Windows Server 2003 R2
- python-2.6.6.msi
- mercurial-2.0.2.win32-py2.6.exe
- xampp-win32-1.7.7-VC9-installer.exe
- I did not install TortoiseHg. :)

Configuration of hgweb.cgi:
- used hgweb.cgi instead of hgwebdir.cgi
- used: sys.path.insert(0, "C:/Python26/lib/site-packages/mercurial")
=> information acquired from executing: hg debuginstall
** Checking installed modules (C:\Python26\lib\site-packages\mercurial)... **

Re: Few Have Seen So Far

http://www.pvponline.com/2011/...

Re: The Backwater Gospel

Wow, that was the most beautiful (and dark) thing I've seen in a while. At the end, I used Mercurial 1.8 and Python 2.6.6, it works very well.

Thanks so much for sharing this tutorial.

Followed the link from your page to the template, and it's broken.

No luck finding the current way to do this on the hg wiki. If you happen to know, can you please update?

Re: Version Control with Mercurial, Apache and TortoiseHG

It's very clear and very helpful.
It worked for me.
Thank you very much.

Re: Version Control with Mercurial, Apache and TortoiseHG

I hope people find it helpful.
